There is absolutely no way I could have done it without this book. It has guided me through everything from start to finish. Advertising, rental forms, contracts, checklists (I'm a huge checklist fan and there are tons of them in the book!), emergency notes, adding value, and millions of other things. I now consider myself an expert at cottage renting -- and I definitely couldn't have done it without this book! Happy Renting!
