		<description>I appreciated hearing your experiences about outfitting your rental, Heather.  We take possession of our unit February 1st and I know the next couple of months are going to be very expensive as we outfit it for ourselves and renters.

I would enjoy reading more about Do&#039;s and Don&#039;ts, especially since new cottage owners, even it they aren&#039;t going to rent out their property, will be laying out a lot of cash to equip it.
