		<description>I&#039;m totally in favor of opening up your property and services so that customers can comment. If you are providing a great product, you should not worry about negative comments. As Heather says, you might get the occasional &quot;axe grinder&quot; but these tend to be the people who you can&#039;t please, whatever you do (speaking from experience!) In my view it&#039;s better to be honest and open and to deal with issues that come up. Customers prefer this to someone who appears to be perfect - it can seem a little too good to be true.
