		<description>“It was exactly as described in the listing” - that made me laugh! In my experience it&#039;s best to avoid all the fluffy language altogether and stick to the facts. If you have a website, have a guest review it (after they&#039;ve stayed) and tell you whether they felt they got what they were expecting. We&#039;ve had people go through every page on our site looking for differences between the description and the property. Of course they found one or two (and some typos!!)

		<description>The best welcome you can give is a big smile, ask them how their journey was, show them around their apartment personally, ask if there is any information or help they need. Or,  to put it briefly, make sure they know you are pleased to see them and not just somebody who has paid to use your property.</description>
