As mentioned it&#039;s a good idea to clearly state your cancellation policy in your terms and make sure the renter signs to agree to these when booking.

Recommend taking out travel insurance to cover cancellation.

During these difficult times it could be hard to identify the genuine cancellations due to illness etc. and those who have changed their mind due to finances. Either way, we, the rental owners should not loose out.</description>
