Essential Strategies For Successful Cottage Rental
Cottage rental is becoming more competitive with many new cottages being listed on cottage ad and agency sites every day. It’s no longer enough to put up an ad and expect the bookings to flow in; renters are becoming moreĀ demanding and have higher expectations than ever before, so this seminar will help you to stand out above your
competitors and convert more enquiries to bookings. Whether you opt to do your own rentals, or use an agency to help you out, using one or more of these tips will help you beat that competition
Learn how to:
- Make an impact with your photos
- Choose the features and facilities to attract low-season renters
- Get the rate right
- Use secrets of staging to present your property with flair and style
- Boost your visibility with social networking
And much more………..

Hello, I’m in Washington State, USA and would love to be able to go to something like this. Do you know of anything in the US that would be similar?
Thank you,
Wendy
Hi Wendy
We love our cottage shows here; there are two large ones in spring and fall. I don’t know of anything in the US that’s similar – I’d Google cottage shows washington state and see what comes up. There’s probably some in southern BC as well.
Thanks for the advice, did google but came up with this page! Will keep my ears open. I love following the yahoo owners group and your blog and am learning a lot between the two.
Wendy
Hi Wendy – I came upon this blog and thought that you might be interested in this link http://www.showspan.com/CLD/Home.aspx for the Cottage and Lakefront Living Show in the Detroit area this weekend. I don’t know if this is a national group that puts this show on or what, but maybe you could contact them directly about a show closer to you. I have not attended the show before, so I can’t tell you anything about it from personal experience. Good luck!
